Our AMP concept (Autonomous Mobile Production) for large quantities is truly unique. In this fully unmanned factory, production runs 24/7 with maximum efficiency. The result: low unit prices, predictable quality and full delivery reliability. Ideal when continuity and cost control are decisive.

FMS: flexible repeat orders

For recurring products in runs that are large enough for automation, we use our automated Flexible Manufacturing Systems lines. Thanks to automatic pallet changers and smart planning, processes run efficiently and without stoppages. You benefit from consistent quality, optimal utilisation and reliable delivery times. Ideal for repeat orders where quantities may vary and cost control and continuity are crucial.

CNC: small series

For unique components or small series, we use our manned CNC turning and milling machines. Here, flexibility is key. You receive bespoke products and high precision without long lead times. Ideal for small runs.

Assembly

If you want your newly machined semi-finished products to be fully assembled as well, we can take that off your hands too. We assemble parts into a finished product according to your exact specifications, including packaging to customer specification.
