Quality control at every stage
Our devotion to quality begins right at the co-engineering phase. At this stage we determine the correct tolerances and the optimal machining strategy. Only after a strict release procedure do we begin production. During production we monitor every process step with a meticulous eye for detail and optimal tolerances. We never stop improving the process to ensure we deliver every finished or semi-finished product according to specifications.
We also monitor quality during the procurement stage. We select suppliers carefully on the basis of certifications such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, conduct audits and carry out site visits to ensure that our partners meet the same high standards.
